All Interstate 30 westbound and eastbound lanes were reopened at Riverside Drive after being closed late Friday afternoon, the Texas Department of Transportation announced.

I-30 lanes were closed around 5 p.m. Fort Worth SWAT officers were at the scene in response to a call about a suicidal person. The negotiation team talked to the subject, who agreed to get help and was transported to a local hospital, police said.

Drivers were told to expect delays and were advised to seek an alternate route, TxDOT said in a social media post around 5 p.m. Friday.

An image from a TxDOT traffic camera showed traffic exiting at Riverside Drive.
