Dallas police arrest, charge suspect with murder after finding victim fatally shot

A suspect was arrested and charged with murder after a man was found shot, the Dallas Police Department announced in a news release Saturday.

At about 7 a.m. Friday, police responded to a call for service in the 400 block of Hart Street.

Police arrested 27-year-old Quinton Darden.

The victim died at the location, according to the release. The identity of the victim was not released by police.

Darden is in custody and has been charged with murder. This is an ongoing investigation.
